The previous tenants filled the recycling container with trash/rotten food. City will not pick it up. Can we get a new recycling container since it's so disgusting?

This rental has allowed trash bags to be open and strewn on the property for two weeks--it is now smelling and unsanitary. I don't know why they haven't cleaned it up.

There are multiple bags of garbage lying in the front near the sidewalk and some have been ripped open by animals. These have been out there for several days.
