They put trash in plastic bags and the animals got into it and scattered it all over in the alley behind the house.

Resident called in to state that the crews did not pick up his trash and left notice did not have stickers. He states that crews tore off stickers. Jazzy picked this up on Saturday (12/3)but stated that there were 3 cans with only half stickers. You can tell where they had been cut in half.
