Hello - I want to anonymously report a concern. Is this allowed? I will not report until I know it is possible. In the past, the Mayor’s office contacted someone I did not wish to know about me

We are so tired of the on-going issues with the tenants of these properties and the owner who condones this use of his property. Blue party tarps are down, laying in yard. The tenants put these up in the evening and remove them before city personal can see them on Monday morning. Almost daily there are cars parked in the public alley behind the houses. Trash, beer cans, cups and other debris are an ever-present problem. We appreciate the city's effort in noting these issues, but nothing has happened to resolve these problem properties.
