Trash bins were not picked up on day of scheduled trash pick up and I am not sure why

Trash that appears to be from syringe injection (Nalaxone?). Didn't see a needle, but still thought it should be cleaned up. Was at the bench on the west side of Butler Park (east of baseball field, north of basketball court, adjacent to trail).

Garbage is being stockpiled in front, on side and in back of house at 1221 Green Tree Ln. Bloomington. Attracting animals and the smell is really bad. I thought it was a dead body the smell is so bad. Not only is it outside but the shed is also full of garbage they want hid.

Mattresses outside. Property owner scheduled sanitation to pick up, but due to condition of mattresses, it was stated they are not going to touch them.
