had three cans out and they were nto picked up (friday route), stated sticker was gone from one can of trash, trash scattered all over the yard and stated that sanitation crew was responsible for scattering the trash. LDB went back out to check and all trash was stickered on 3/6, LDB picked up.

I explained ordinance to him. other/other/ He did get notice from us yesterday about no lid - states last windy day we had guys did not put lid back onto can & it blew away - please call him.
