I am a new tenant I have asked the owner Matthew Cascio when items will be disposed he has not responded has been a week now and rodents are coming out at night

Lots and lots of dog droppings all around property (not just at this building). Caller has complained to management.
It has been like this for two months since moving in and nothing has been done.

When my trash was picked up this morning the lid was broken. It has a hole in top about 6 or so inches. Can I get a replacement lid? It’s the gray trash can and everything else is fine.
