Recycle was not picked up on Tuesday because it was in the wrong place. She put it in the right place and was told it would be picked up. Called back today and it was not picked up not legit address for complaint

E-mail: There is an unbelievable amount of trash stacked around the house and I worry that come warmer weather, this is going to create, not only a horrible smell, but a refuge for rodents. I'm not sure what you all can do about it but I know that they have been talked to in the past. Former complaint entered 6/17/09 - Ticket #64058
Trash on back deck 5ft. high, also in shed. Dog pen does not get cleaned out. Caller says we may come onto to her property (2525 E. 8th)to look.
