Would like the crews to stop leaving his recycle bins in the middle of his driveway. He has to get out to move them to pull into his driveway.

Says he received a notice for no sticker. He did have a sticker attached. Perhaps a vandal took his sticker. Problem with resident not tagging trash, or setting out trash with only tags on part

Says his bag is over 40 pounds. He says the guy had the slip made out before he even got out of the truck. Shays his bag is NOT over 40#. Also he cleaned up the mess the recycling crew left. Crew has had problems with o.sized bags w/ address week after week. Recycle was not in area on this day.
