no stickers on trash, constantly setting trash out with no stickers. the crossing guard called in that works in that area stating the the kids are having to walk out past the pile of trash and on the roadway to get to school. Written up on 2/6 and 3/20 for no stickers.
trash has been here for 5-10 years, tarps, Xmas tree, mattress, tables, furniture,sinks, wooden pallets,possible rodent problem, car on yard
fence falling down, 9 bags trash or yard waste in yard, falling on property she represents
5 apts, doesn't get city pickup, mattress, bags of trash by side of road,bottles, etc.
