Mr.Costello says that the trash was picked up at this address, but there is still a lot of trash outside the dumpster that the tenants in surrounding apartments are leaving there. He says that this trash problem has been ongoing for quite some time and he wants something to be done about it.

The trash bins are left out on the grass right next to the sidewalk. There are rats running around this area. She has seen 2 one morning.
