A grocery shopping cart filled with garbage (and various unidentified personal items) was left abandoned in the roadway between 914 N Fairview St. and 915 N Jackson St, and in the back of 620 W 13th st. Cart first noticed morning of 7.6.

faxed ddh/ missed pick-up/recycling: has a trash can w/our recycling stickers on outside that he puts his paper in but we forget to pick up - please pickup tomorrow.

faxed ddh/ 2nd time have a can that they put out for recyclling (full of paper). It has a lid on it - crews might mistook it for trash - has done it this way for 2 yrs - didn't know if someone new on the crews.
faxed trb/ missed pick-up/recycling paper. Pick-up day is Tuesday, has been away and returned to find paper recyclables still on curb Are stil outside.
