no stickers on trash, constantly setting trash out with no stickers. the crossing guard called in that works in that area stating the the kids are having to walk out past the pile of trash and on the roadway to get to school. Written up on 2/6 and 3/20 for no stickers.
5 apts, doesn't get city pickup, mattress, bags of trash by side of road,bottles, etc.
Construction debris in the yard for weeks.
Constituent complaint about trash, called Council member.
Must have trash set out be 5am. on Fri. LBD Direct. Sanit.
