It has been almost two months since my bins where actually emptied I have tried talking to the guys on my route my cans are always where they are supposed to be and they never empty them completely and they always spill the recycling in my yard.
Jerry from the courthouse called to complain about trash cans being left out at the apartments in the alley behind the health dept. He claims that trash is being blown all over the health dept parking lot and that these trash cans shouldn't be there anyway.
