Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there. dumpster at 809 S. Henderson was overflowing. The owner finally had it dumped but now there is trash strung all over the place. This place needs to have the trash dumped more often and the mess needs to be cleaned up right away

Dumpster at this address is for 11 units and it hasn't been dumped in weeks. It is full and stinks very badly. This could cause a possible rat infestation.

The tenants at 809 S. Henderson are bringing there trash over and putting it in front of 807 S. Henderson without any trash stickers. The owner of 809 S. Hendrson has been putting stickers on it for them. He would like someone to go explain the process. Do not give a ticket to 809 S. Henderson if you go out there. It is not his trash.
