I got a call from a neighbor saying they have an abundance of trash and a couch bags of trash all over the ground. Not using the city cans either.

Hello, For the past two weeks, we've had our old trash can out with our new carts on our trash day but it has not been picked up. The website says we have until 10/19 for these to be picked up, and ours is still out on our curb (our trash day is Monday). Please advise on what we should do to get rid of our old trash can. people who mowed along sare rd, chopped up trash along road. who ever mowed along east side of sare road south of the ima east and day care, left lots of grass on walks and in the road.
