Couch left in front of 817 N. Washington St., plus piles of garbage already ripped open by raccoons alongside house. These items have been here for a couple of weeks and it appears that the tenants have moved out for the summer. I have photos of both but it appears it will only let me upload one, so I chose garbage. Couch is clearly visible to the street.

There are 3 refrigerators sitting out front. Sanitation does not pick them up.
There is a “rogue” trash can. Not sure who it belongs to but it’s been here for a while. Please remove.
Caller said that Lot 6 is very trashy. There are tiles, and trash piled up. Also smells like sewage.
