This individual has left wooden planks and other miscellaneous trash sitting outside for several months at a time instead of disposing of it properly. At times, the wind has blown trash into my yard. There is clearly some interior renovation happening inside, but the actual work is far and few between. In the weeks/months nothing is happening, this is what it looks like. During the summer months, weeks would pass before the grass was mowed. All in all, the property is not being maintained properly. trash is getting out of control, non compliance to City Sanitation guidelines for trash removal. Have called two weeks in a row stating that stickers are there, trash is not too heavy...stickers are not there and treash is overweight.
