Good Morning. I submitted a service request & two follow-ups on 7/27/22. They were assigned #180780, #180783 & #180788. Just now, I received notices regarding all three - they were passed along to a number of people but, today, they were closed indicating that you were "unable to locate" the problems. I drove by there this morning, 8/8/22 before 8:00 a.m., and the soggy, nasty pile of a chair was still in the sidewalk. If you can't do anything about the tree, okay. But, seriously? This pile in the sidewalk wasn't found? The 1200 block of South Madison on the eastside sidewalk is an actual location. Very disappointed that this was passed through so many people & it took so much time to come to this conclusion! Is this not the method to report issues? Martha Selk

I hesitated pursuing the first three requests (180780, 180783 & 180788) after hearing that there was nothing that could be done but am glad that I did - it just took getting the request to the right person! Unit 3351 another trash bag. I have reported this multiple times to property management company and / or City. I demand to see either a written warning or ticket. I live in filth in this 1,000 square foot condo for $150,000 it’s not fair to me my child or wildlife. I want an email with citation information

This is a thank you to the persons responsible for trash pickup today. We are overrun with trash and trash cans overflowing and the sanitation crews are picking it up. We could not be more grateful to the crews and hope this message gets to them. Thank you!

To enhance accessibility for mobility wheelchairs, could sanitation workers please replace empty bins on grass off sidewalks? I am talking about the new sidewalks and walking path on West 17th that are situated by the curb without a grassy strip between the sidewalk and curb. Disabled people have difficulty navigating wheelchairs on trash day. Neighbors place their bins correctly at night but sanitation workers unload the empty bins willy-nilly on the sidewalk. It will take more work but hopefully they understand. Sanitation workers do a great job.

Our trash was properly spaced and positioned at the end of our driveway. It has been left without the trash collected for two weeks now and we have trash building up in our house and do not know what to do. This is creating a stressful and unsanitary environment and the sanitation department left no reason or note as to why this is happening.
