Trash is being dumped and scattered by animals where North Grant Street dead-ends north of East 12th Street.
Man called who lives at 613 E 12th St, says he walks in neighborhood and several undergrad homes along 11th near Park Ave extending to 12th St (near corner of Park & 11th) have trash on porch and in rear of home often, saw 2 giant rats last night, very concerned!!!
Wapehani Hills Apts complex on Oakdale Drive Resident of Apts called and said new Mgmt Co. took over in Dec & promised to keep clean, Not so; Huge trash collecting @ dumpsters @ Bldgs "U" & "L"...i.e. trash blowing all over and couch and mattress.
Lisa said that there is trash, old doors and an aquarium laying around. This is around the engraving center on the B-Line trail.
