I've been a regular walker in Park Ridge East and notice it looks like 212 N Sheffield has really started hording junk in the backyard, enough I can notice it on my walks growing over time. There are some odd tarped areas too. Anything the City staff can do? Hate to see the neighborhood get junky. Was hoping temporary construction but been a few years.

300 W. Hillside Drive - homeless loiter nightly leaving their trash behind in our parking lot and employee common areas. requesting more police presence overnight.
these mattresses have been sitting outside of 624 S Woodlawn for almost a month, since the renter changeover. occasionally the mattresses fall over, blocking the sidewalk. this is a rental (4+/- unit) apartment building.
