My trash container wasn''t empty/collected this morning while others on the same street appear to have been.

I found a large recycling can (City-issued) in our front yard last Tuesday or Wednesday. It was lying in the grass partially under a shrub I got it upright and put it out by the street, thinking it might be a neighbor's. It's still sitting there. It doesn't appear to belong to anyone on our end of Mitchell Street. I don't how this bin came to be in our yard, but can someone come out and pick it up?
I have been picking up broken asphalt pavement for over a year now and have periodically requested a city crew to pick up for recycling for reuse when a significant amount has been collected. I now have enough to justify a pickup. I do this to prevent these materials from blocking the street storm drains and sewers reducing the risk of street flooding.
this is another report about trash at 612 W. Clover Terrace (prev. report #198717) This house needs a larger trash bin! That would solve the problem. This is their trash every week and the picture is today - after our trash pickup. Same thing last week. Trash all over the ground and they don't pick up. Landlord needs to get bigger cart!
At the address of 1125 E Hunter, the homeowner leaves trash and recycle bins blocking the sidewalk after pick up. This homeowner will leave the bins out all week and take trash to bin daily instead of taking bin back to property. These bins block the entire sidewalk at Hunter and Ballantine on the west side of the sidewalk.
When we went to bring our trash and recycling bins back to the house this morning, the wheel was broken off of the recycling bin. Do we have to buy a replacement? If so, how much? Thank you!

There's an insane amount of excrement along the B Link Trail. Possibly human.
A mattress has been dumped at the intersection off of W. Bolin Lane and Glenview Drive. There is no address to associate with this. The caller reported that it is on the left side of the road on Glenview at this intersection.
Were Sanitation magnets mailed out this year? If so we were missed. Thanks.
