Cans at the curb - all of S. Village Ct. Lady on the phone stated 517-519 are vacant, but cans still sit out.

Cans left at the curb side for over two weeks. Not getting better.
Cans left out on curb, not brought in, animals get into trash, spread in yard. Continuing problem.
The tenants have moved out and left trash at the curb, and in the yard. They had dogs, chickens and rabbits, so the yard stinks. The neighbors cannot enjoy their deck. The landlord has not done anything with the trash and may not know they have moved out. the trash at the curb is being scattered by animals.
Trash scattered all over property. Attracting rodents.

Bruce Kell called to complain of 3 properties with trash violations: 519 S Village Ct: couch, mattresses, bags in driveway. 422 S Village Court: several bags of trash in front of the property Red Brick Duplex (most likely 418 S Village Court; there is no number o the mailbox or door) with open bags of trash siting in front of it
