trash and copy machine in the alley. complainant has had rats in his basement. trash builds up behind the house at 412-414. Complainant wants NCO to call and meet with him and look at the problem together. this was a problem in august of 2004 and after getting ticket(s?) was better for a few weeks/month. this is on monday trash route.

Overflowing Dumpster
when trash was picked up today...resident was on delay due to snow emergency on 12/23...resident stated that sanitation guys threw all recycles into the trash truck. I did make the resident aware that the items could have been contaminated if they set out since last Thursday.
A citizen called to report that the dupster is overflowing
Caller stated that trash dumpsters are overflowing and she has no where to place her trash. Also stated that there is scattered trash around the dumpsters.
Trash is piled up in black bags in the back yard of 102 S. Hillsdale. The neighbor stated that they do not put the trash out for pick up and that the trash has attracted mice to the neighborhood.

said was tagged and put out the night before, have had this problem before with resident saying this and it not being the facts, Barker picked up anyhow but made resident aware that we won't be going back out again, he has gone back for her several times
