Resident has been written up for numerous trash violations in 2012. 6/25/2012--Cans severely overloaded with bags on top of cans as well. Trash crew removed 10 too heavy bags from tops of cans (that had stickers on them) but left behind the still too heavy and overloaded trash cans.

Mr. Linnedthall called to complain that the dumpster at the Lambda Chi Fraternity is over flowing and that there is trash all over the ground around the container.
Someone has moved a sofa into the landscaped area at the corner of Madison and Patterson. Unfortunately I wonder if someone is sleeping on it. Regardless inappropriate to have this dumped on city property.
