Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. There is trash blowing in the street and up and down the road. There is overflowing trash on the curb at this location. Looks like animals have ripped open bags.

The person in apartment 3 leaves his empty trash cans on the sidewalk for days after pick up. They are still out there. I have not seen him to tell him about it and he is not there when I knock. Please give him a HAND welcome to Bloomington packet and let him know he needs to take his cans off the sidewalk after trash day.
