There is a red/maroon minivan with Indiana license plate number 4NIER. This vehicle has not moved in a few months and people are living in the vehicle. I have seen people exit it multiple times. They also leave the doors cracked or open for air flow. I don’t believe the vehicle runs at all.

Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved. According to municipal code 15.04.020, part 6 I believe that the red vehicle located in the driveway of the property qualifies as an abandoned vehicle. It has been there since February 12, after officers chased the driver into the driveway (see picture). It was partially dismantled soon after and has remained in inoperable condition since that time. As I have witnessed multiple officers approach the house since the time that the car was abandonded, I am not going to approach the house to ask them to remove it. I request that the vehicle be towed. Thanks.
