There is a late 90's white dodge caravan that hasn't moved in months. It has a flat tire and the back window is busted out. It also has a parking ticket on it. Can it please be removed?

Case #181070 marked closed by Ryan Pedigo, never came to see if vehicle was there. Vehicle is still there today. Vehicle has never moved.
