There is a bicycle at the North West corner of the intersection of 1st and Fess streets that appears to be abandoned. The rear wheel is bent such that it appears to be inoperable and it has been locked to the sign post at that location for a few weeks now. Thank you for your assistance in removing this abandoned bicycle! :)
Vehicle has been parked in same spot for over 6 months & has not moved. I assume it's disabled. It doesn't appear to belong to any residents because no one here has accessed it. License plate tags expired in March.

For BPD: reported multiple times. There is a run down RV parked at the end of N Gates Drive behind Kohls on the west side. Please address this. Looks creepy and people are definitely living in and out of it.

For several months, there have been 2 vehicles parked in the street at 508 Harvey Dr., one has no tags the other has 2019 tags. If I read the code properly, this is a violation and should have been resolved long before now. There is also a vehicle parked in the driveway with multiple flat tires that I am suspicious of as also not being properly plated which should also be a violation if it is not. A separate issue is, the address also has a refrigerator and a chest freezer stored outside. Is this also a safety hazard and provides an opportunity for child entrapment? Thank you.
Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved. There is a white van that I have seen every day for the past week sitting off of N State road 37 and the exit for Highway 69. (39.2326256, -86.5410481). It doesn't seem to have moved in that time. Figured I'd report it, either way
