We live in the condos behind the new Starbucks off of 46 towards Ellettsville. There is a red truck that has been parked in our overflow parking since at least February. We're worried it's abandoned. This car has two flat tires on the north side of Wilson street and has been parked in the same spot for at least 15 months on the corner of Wilson and Dunn street. (January 2017 or longer) This has been reported at least once before and there has been not change. Parking spots are hard to find in this area due to surrounding business.
