That is not fair or equitable to other property owners living in the area. There are 2 broken-down cars in the driveway of this house at 1010 Manor Rd. There is no way they are funtional. Both are packed full of junk. I'm wondering if they can be removed.

This car at 6th and Elm has been parked and not moved for over a year. The owners no longer live at the house. It has weeds grown up around it and limits parking in the neighborhood.
