I have to keep sliding left & right to see what I have just typed & have to slide right to get to the slide bar at the right side of this box. There is also a slide bar at the right of the whole "Reports" section, which should not be needed. 2) the link on the page http://bloomington.in.gov/sections/viewSection.php?section_id=26 for "Street Signals, Signs, and Lights" sends you to http://bloomington.in.gov/traffic, which is a null result of a search - "We were unable to locate the webpage you requested."
