Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off". <!-- Web.Config Configuration File --> <configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="Off"/> </system.web> </configuration> Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL. <!-- Web.Config Configuration File --> <configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/> </system.web> </configuration> Indeed there was unscheduled server maintenance done on the water payment server. Please contact utilities customer service if you need additional help. 812 349 3930 during 8am to 5pm. Thank you

Do you have a class C operator's broadcast license? Did you know you can be fined for wire fraud by the F.C.C. for illegal broadcast and having unlicensed transmitting devices? Did your group have anything to do with that extraneous 'on-air' chatter and other illegal broadcasts during the Packers-Lions game last Christmas? Do you know anything about the missing women in the surrounding states? What about those unlicensed construction trucks traveling in the midwest? Anything to do with 'the fox hunt'? You might want to take down these unlicensed telephony devices on the surrounding F.C.C. towers. F.C.C. engineer, East Division Sean Strebin

http://www.communitiestakeroot.com/plant/index#leaders It looks like this is connected with Parks and Rec. I wonder if it is possible to advertise it on the City web site. The orchard doesn't have many votes, but it seems like it would be very easy to catch up. best, Cynthia

Hello! Addresses entered into myBloomington are not coming up with historic designation information. It was difficult for me to find the information about my address, and the only reason I knew to dig was because I happen to have increased knowledge about the HPC and how some of that works. If I didn't know those things, I would never know my house was on the survey. When I finally did find the survey, it's difficult to look through because it's organized by neighborhood, then "scattered sites," not by street address (and it's just a pdf of a list). Luckily I know how to search and could find my address, but again, that's special knowledge that I don't think every user should be expected to have. Please fix this! Thanks!
