A Rules of the Road Question: Are cyclists allowed to pull to the right of your automobile at a red light and then pull into the intersection ahead of your automobile? I am particularly concerned when I want to turn right. Additionally, I am concerned when I can see a cyclist approaching from the rear in my right side mirror. Thanks!

Tried to search Municipal Code site No go! was hunting the 'snow removal' ordinance. Error page follows: "City of Bloomington Municiple Codes ERROR opening the Index - contact sysadmin! Do you have a class C operator's broadcast license? Did you know you can be fined for wire fraud by the F.C.C. for illegal broadcast and having unlicensed transmitting devices? Did your group have anything to do with that extraneous 'on-air' chatter and other illegal broadcasts during the Packers-Lions game last Christmas? Do you know anything about the missing women in the surrounding states? What about those unlicensed construction trucks traveling in the midwest? Anything to do with 'the fox hunt'?
