Something is wrong with the office of the mayor's phone line. It makes loud dial up noises in your ear when you call it. I've used multiple phones across multiple weeks, and I can't get a hold of them. It is very frustrating. I know this probably isn't the right place to report it, but please pass it along to someone who can help. Thanks!

re your web site design, could you consider changing it so that the image doesn't take up more than half the screen space? you really might want to reconsider this aspect of your web site design. Thanks.
