There was a utility project in the Spicewood subdivision over the winter. The streets through the neighborhood have been severely damaged. I looked on the city paving schedule and did not see a project listed to fix the damage that was caused by the project. Is the city coming back to fix the roads? It's huge eyesore and really poor patching jobs for the damage that was done.

We have 3 properties 1601 S Walnut, 1705 S Walnut, and 1701 S Walnut have all had recurring drainage and piping issues ever since AEG drilled into the street not too long ago. I would like to know if there is someone I can speak too over the phone regarding these issues, we are constantly getting tenant complaints even after we address these issues which makes me, and others, believe there is a larger issue going on. Please direct me in the best way to get this resolved ASAP.

Hi, I have noticed that the landscapers have been down on Shields Ridge to fix yards and put down grass seed. I need to have my yard fixed. I sent in a report a few months ago, and grass seed and straw was put down. But there are still areas of gravel and the yard is uneven from trucks being parked there. Thanks
I live on Handy Road and a few months ago after the pipe crew was well past our house and started to put down grass seed and straw I noticed that they seemed to have missed my yard and the neighbors. There are a few spots of gravel that need to be cleaned up also. I was wondering who to contact to get grass and straw before any heavy rains turn this into mud and wash way. Not sure who to contact for fiber installation issues. The workers installed a plastic access pipe in my front yard in the corner of driveway and sidewalk. Inevitably, a large truck is going to drive over it and crush it, potentially damaging the fiber. They removed the tarp with dirt, so I a now assume they are done? Would like to see this access moved farther from driveway.
Hole alongside water meter in ROW has been present for a while. Dangerous. Please fill in. For reference, see #202952 and #202953. NB: Depending on where exactly you click on the map, the address that comes up is sometimes *incorrectly* listed as "414 E. Cottage Grove", but that is wrong. The *correct* address is 450 E. Cottage Grove. Hole is by the street closest to the SW corner of the lot.
Water main pipe burst, again! Reporting excessive water usage and problem!
