NB: Depending on where exactly you click on the map, the address that comes up is sometimes *incorrectly* listed as "414 E. Cottage Grove", but that is wrong. The *correct* address is 450 E. The construction on 10th street near the post office is absolutely unacceptable. Not only has it blocked traffic for weeks in front of where I live at Woodbridge apartments, but today the water main was broken and the power was lost.. Whoever is in charge of the operation should be held responsible.

This is more of a question after some recent work done by my property to fix a water main leak. As you can see from the image, there is some damage done to the lawn by heavy equipment used during the process. I was wondering if the city is going to help fix some of that or whether the responsibility lies on me. Also, is there any plan to re-pave part of the street that was drilled through to fix the underground water leak? Guessing yes once it is warmer outside? Thanks!
