Really need double Yellow line down 10th St between Morton & Rogers. Drivers get confused at the parking lot entrances as to which way 10th St actually goes. With all the new students it is getting worse.

You guys could start planning out where your guises work zones are going to be throughout the city so you guys don't just have one main street taking you for one side of the highway to the other , But that's just me a citizen and that would make too much sense

Starting off, this is just a friendly message for maybe a future traffic improvement. I assume that anyone that works with planning road features and improvements knows more than I do, but in the off chance, I'd like to share a video on the topic of diverging diamond interchanges that I think could do wonders to the nightmare of traffic that is the 3rd street overpass of 37/69. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0sM6xVAY-A I hope everyone over there is having a wonderful weekend!

7th & Grant is a 4-way stop. None of the Stop signs has the little "4 WAY" sign under the "STOP" sign.

As a resident on the east side of Bloomington, I often find myself on 10th street because it is a main artery through town. I've always wondered why there isn't a designated left turn lane with a left arrow traffic light to help the traffic flow at the intersection at 10th and Pete Ellis. The designated lanes are as follows. Left turn/Straight and a right turn lane. People who turn left aren't able to do so easily because it's a busy street and people who wait behind them are forced to try to re-enter the traffic flow because other cars decide to use the right turn lane to go straight. Unless I'm mistaken, creating your own lane of traffic is frowned upon, so I'm constantly frustrated by the fact that I sit patiently in the left/straight lane behind a car waiting to turn, and then as I'm entering the intersection, have to watch out (yielding to cars that have decided to go around the situation) to avoid getting sideswiped. Perhaps the city developers could look at this particular problem and re-designate the lanes or use resources to get a new light with a left turn arrow. I can't be the first person to have complained about the safety of this intersection.

The sign on College Mall Rd right before Hillside that says "Right lane must turn right" is totally obscured by foliage. Thanks for your attention to this.

This does not fall into any category: would you please place on your list for Park Ridge neighborhood: traffic calming bumps need re-striping and lettering re-painting - very faded, also metal posts need reflectors where missing. Thanks!

Would it be possible to extend the turn signal time at Kinser/Madison and Hwy 46? When turning left from Kinser/Madison onto Hwy 46, the light only allows 2 cars to get through before changing. When Bloomington North lets out or the normal 5pm rush hour, I have sat through that light waiting to turn as much as 4 times and on one occasion several months ago, traffic was backed up and I sat through 7 signal changes before finally being able to turn. It really slows down traffic and backs it up. Thank You for your consideration.

Greetings, The dashed lines inside the round-about at E. Rogers and S. Sare roads have worn of to a high degree. This is most important where lane shifts happen inside the round-about for left-hand turns. People seem to have a hard enough time figuring out how to handle a round-about. With the dashed lines missing I've been nearly taken out multiple times by people traveling South on Rogers as they try to make a left turn by veering into my lane when I have the right-of-way (as I try to make the proper left-hand turn by shifting into the right lane while turning left). The missing dashed line there adds confusion of what people are supposed to do since there's less indication that only the inside lane should be turning left. Would be nice to have those touched up. Thanks!
