Four way stop at E. Longview and N. Glenwood West. Issue: vehicles fail to fully stop at stop signs. Hazard and safety concern for pedestrians and park users in this four-way stop location. Request: Mark stripes at each stop sign where vehicles are to fully stop. This to cause some attention to this stop sign issue where folks roll through and sometimes do not stop this causing danger for park users in the "hill area" chasing a ball and small children. Just requesting four bold stripes to delineate the stop sign marking on the street to emphasize the requirement to stop. Please reply so I know that you have received this request. The intersection of Smith road and 10th Street has heavy traffic, especially in the morning and during the rush hour. The fact that there is university elementary school nearby the intersection makes the traffic heavier at times. However, the intersection is controlled only by one way stop sign. The fact that around the intersection the road on the 10th Street curves makes the traffic coming from Smith road challenging to turn on the 10th street. I strongly recommend putting traffic lights on that intersection to avoid accidents and relax the traffic around the intersection.

Please put a traffic circle at the intersection of N Smith Rd. and E 10th St. Waits can be interminable and with the hospital now on this side of town it’s getting worse. It looks to me like there is plenty of room for a circle.

Is there a way to level Allen St from the stop sign back about 50 feet at the Bloomfield Rd intersection? The slope causes accidents and near accidents. We've had 3 cars in our yard since we've been there. We've had to fix up the chain link fence best we could. In 2 situations, our gas meter was hit, which is a serious hazard. Alternatively, could Bloomfield Rd be made inaccessible from Allen St (either a one way or block it off)? Thank you for reading this. Sincerely, Theo

I wanted to propose the addition of a pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection of N Fess Ave and E 10th St. I live in Collins, and when walking between Hillcrest and the general courtyard buildings there are no immediate crosswalks in the area. The addition of white lines, particularly on the west end of this intersection (where there is already a metal grate where the sidewalk meets the road) would be very helpful for residents of Collins and would make the area safer for pedestrians trying to cross the street.

At the intersection of East 10th street and N Smith Rd, N Smith R gets very backed up because traffic does not stop on East 10th. If someone wants to turn left, they have to wait for traffic coming from both ways. There is one lane on N Smith Road so traffic becomes backed up very quickly when someone needs to turn left. This happens especially in the afternoon. Traffic can become so backed up it extends past Meadow Park Apartments, nearing a hill. This can be dangerous when cars cannot see the stopped traffic until after coming over the hill.

I would like this intersection to be "No Turn On Red" for northbound traffic, and possibly have a few seconds delay for pedestrians/bikes to cross before the light turns green. It's dangerous to have cars hooking around bikers in the bike lane trying to go straight across. Thanks!

Hello, there is currently no safe way to cross 3rd street at Grant to get to the BT stop. There is no crosswalk at that intersection. I walked down to cross at Lincoln but after I crossed, the sidewalk is under construction and I had to walk on the street. Is there some kind of “temporary crosswalk” that can be installed at 3rd and grant? Traffic is crazy and dangerous right now. Thanks, -Bill

Sign indicating turn and reflective lights desperately needed. Two cars have gone of road at this same turn in last two months. Woman was trapped for over 24 hours on over incident. Second incident took down a utility pole which is still down.
