A couple cones would be nice at the first speed hump as you're heading eastbound on Miller. All the other new speed humps have two to five cones, but the first one you hit from the west (in front of the City of Bloomington Utilities offices) has no cones so there's no warning.

I hope I can coherently explain this. If I don't effectively convey my complaint, please call me.
I work for IU Campus Bus Service. I've noticed that the pedestrian crossing signal for peds crossing Fee Ln on the north side of 10th will stay on the "Walk" signal during the transition from 10th St having a green light to an all red (to allow peds to cross in all directions). The problem with this configuration is that a vehicle can effectively get stuck in the middle of the intersection if it was waiting to turn left/north onto Fee from Tenth, while partially in the intersection. In this situation, vehicles can either block the intersection or attempt to squeeze through pedestrians crossing on the north side of the intersection. As you can imagine with a bus, this is a dangerous dilemma.

Please investigate extending left turn signal length from Patterson Dr to 2nd St, seems really short (only 1-3 vehicles allowed to turn)

Please add more one way signs on W 3rd from Jackson to Walker. Too many people are using this as a two-way street.

540-558 North Woodlawn Avenue

- 2/1/2016
North-facing Speed limit sign reads "30" at this location; however, on Woodlawn at 7th, a south-facing speed limit sign reads "25." Checking Bloomington Code, this stretch of Woodlawn Ave does not appear in Schedules I or J—thus making the speed limit 25 mph by 15.24.010 and IC 9-21-5-6. "Speed limit 30" sign on Woodlawn just south of 10th should be corrected to read "Speed limit 25."

When exiting neighborhood, drivers can not see oncoming cars from the left. It seems like a dangerous intersection that might require more study.

525-599 South Swain Avenue

I just moved to 2nd and Swain. The corner needs a stop sign for all ways, not just for traffic on Swain. Most of the intersections along 2nd have 4-way stops; this intersection is the exception for some reason. Drivers go way faster than the 25mph allowed; the area is quite congested with students moving back into the area.

There is an unmarked meridian as you approach 3rd street going north on Clarizz. At night, it's difficult to see the concrete meridian because you are driving up hill. There needs to be a sign there, directing you to veer to the right.

Just wanted to call attention to the traffic light at E 2nd and S. High Street. It seems that the South
bound High St. Left Turn Arrow (to E. 2nd ) always turns green even with no cars over the sensor (or any cars at light South bound). One issue during morning school hours at Rogers Binford is that North Bound High St. traffic (at light) backs up to E. 1st street where there is a traffic officer supporting the children walking to school. We as a family travel North on High daily and any time of the day the South Bound High St. Left turn arrow always goes green with the South Bound light. Would it be possible to check to see if that intersection traffic light arrows are programed correctly? Thank you look forward to hearing back!

5199 South Victor Pike

This is regarding the left turn lane at the Victor Pike intersection for northbound SR 37. There simply NEEDS to be a separate "turn on green only" signal for that lanes. Suppose you are trying to turn left on Victor Pike (away from the Sunoco) but there are 5 cars waiting to turn the opposite direction. You can't see around those cars to tell who is coming southbound on 37.
So essentially, it's a guessing game on whether or not you're going to get T-boned by a truck going 60+ mph. I make this turn at 5:30 PM every weekday and have nearly been hit twice over the past week. Please do something about this before my family has to file a life insurance claim.
P.S. - I've already ordered a dashcam to document these weekly occurrences.
