I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years? I have some concern with Macy's leaving the mall and being such a large store. With being next to another huge empty box store (Kmart) and also Campus Costume was in a larger building that closed. Do you know if the mall has plans to put a new tenant in? Bloomington East Side is for whatever reason sometimes said to be economically well, but that's not a guarantee to stay healthy. If the City can monitor these vacancies for both safety and economic reasons, that'd be much appreciated! Thank you!

Office lounge turned away combat veteran with ptsd service dog. Owner is defiant and un-american! Place should be shutdown for illegal discrimination. Doesnt look good for Bloomington.

Illegal business in residetial neighborhood. The residence of 3954 Fenbrook Ln. have been running a retail business out their home fot several months. We have counted as many as 40 cars a day. The average is 15-20 a day. We have several familoes with small children and all this traffic makes it unsafe for them and near impossible to drive down the street. Please enforce the ordinance.
