closed #169598 Biking & Walking S High St, Bloomington, Indiana, 47401 Case Date:7/29/2019 Pedestrian beacon (RRFB) on High St. at Greenbriar Ln. is flashing at random even when no one pushes the button. Seems like this is training drivers to ignore the beacon. Could you please fix this?
