College ave intersection with 11th. West side of street. North/south ped xing...the ped signal never says "walk" unless the beg button is pushed. Pushing the button has no effect for one entire cycle. Effective LOS: F. Why????? A lot of ped signals are like this all over town.
I received a concern/complaint from Monroe County citizen Margaret Clements at mclements6@yahoo.com expressing concerns about ADA accessibility for the intersection of 1st Street and Walnut Street (quadrant unknown). Trees next to the bike/ped path have low-hanging branches that need to be trimmed so they don’t hit people in the face.
