Please add a flashing light and signage at the crosswalk where the B-Line crosses Rogers to alert drivers to be prepared to stop for pedestrians. It's especially important because the sidewalk on the east side of Rogers is closed, so people entering or exiting the B-Line there need to cross from or to the west side of Rogers. (I.e., we can't walk on the east side and cross Rogers at the stop sign at 11th St.)

There is not continuous sidewalk on Adams from Allen to 2nd street causing pedestrians to have to walk in the road in an unprotected area. On the East side of the road it literally ends in a wooded area and people have made a foot path from the end of the sidewalk, through the woods, to the road. On the West side of the road the sidewalk goes from 2nd south about a half a block and then just ends. This needs to taken care of by the city.

Be advised that bicyclist and scooterists are subjected to extremely dangerous riding conditions while using the 3rd street bike lane (traveling West between Eagleson Ave & Indiana Ave). Both the signage and the enforcement for this area are inadequate resulting in vehicles generally disregarding the bicycle right-of-way in the bike lane. Bicyclists must either come to a sudden and complete stop to avoid colliding with vehicles parked in the bike lane, or risk traveling into busy vehicle lane traffic to swerve around parked vehicles. I experience this problem happening almost every day while riding in this bike lane, and the individuals who are parking in the bike lane are generally resistant when I ask them to move out of the bike lane.
A long term strategy that should be implemented as soon as possible would be to construct a raised curb and/or visibility bars along the shared edge of the bike lane/vehicular lane. This can easily be designed to accommodate the busses and university vehicles that need to pull to the bus stops or onto the sidewalk by including strategic gaps. This should ideally be done before a vehicle and bicycle immanently collide resulting in injury or worse.
I have tried reaching out to various city and university departments, so I trust that you will consider this ticket or ensure that it is taken seriously and responded to by the relevant department.
