There are several sidewalk cuts along Washington Street in front of the AT&T building that are covered with smooth metal pieces. These metal covers provide absolutely no traction when wet and are very dangerous for pedestrians. Can these please be replaced with the more common covers that have raised ridges to provide some traction?
Construction site at 3rd street and Pete Ellis has setup their construction fencing in the bike line along Pete Ellis. Was this intended and permitted?
A couple weeks ago cbu dug a hole at 11th&college and abandoned a sign in the bike lane on the south side of 11th just west of college. It moved to the sidewalk, and i reported it as blocking the sidewalk on april 5. Now it has disintegrated and moved back to the bike lane. Its black base is almost invisible at night and poses a mortal danger to cyclists. You wont like where i put it if you dont take care of ot within 24 hours.
Please replace the lights in the bike tunnel that goes under Bypass 46 and 7th street. I've received a report of someone being assaulting while they were on their bike.
Overgrown trees on the polly grimshaw trail before you turn to go under the bbypass make it difficult to make the turn without heading into traffic going in the opposite direction.
People path east of the IN 46 underpass trail and north of 7th St. is low hanging and impinging the path.

the Polly Grimshaw trail is in its usual state of near impassability. The limbs down, overhanging branches and vines, weeds and dead plant trash in the R-O-W all serve to make the way at best hazardous, at worst downright dangerous. I'm not asking you folks to maintain this east side artery to the same standards that you use for the Monon Railroad trail, but. Especially nowadays when it's more dangerous to ride to campus than ever from the east due to continuous construction, Please pay a little attention to this path. 1 set of crosswalk lights are out, and neither crossings of third street are activated by pushing the button.
There are regularly cars stopped/parked in the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd st's. Also further south between 3rd and 2nd st's. There is no signage saying cars can't park there, and there is certainly no enforcement of this law. I have hit cars, been hit by cars, been cussed at, yelled at and threatened by motorists parked in the bike lane here while I'm just trying to go home from work via bicycle. As a bicycle commuter who uses this bike lane 6 days/week, I would like to see some action taken to stop cars from parking/stopping/driving in the bike lane(s), especially here. I have a dozen or so photos with date and time of cars parked in the bike lane here that I can share if you'd like. Thank you
