Rev. Ernest D. Butler Park Park side near the baseball diamond, at the corner of 9th and Williams Street Several member of the gym at 417 S. Elm Street run on 9th Street early in the morning. This light has been on and off for sometime now. It is dark outside early in the morning and we would appreciate it very much if the light could be fixed to be on when it is dark out Rev. Ernest D. The street light south of aforementioned address is either very dim or just broken. Since that light is out of commission, all of Indiana Ave is poorly lit and deemed unsafe.

The steetlight on 10th and grandview is out. Whenever it is dark it makes getting into the neighborhood quite spooky and unsafe.
