Virtually all streetlights on the north side of 17th between Dunn and Fee are out. I assume this is due to the construction of the sidewalk. Will the city make sure these lights are restored when the construction is completed?

There are at least 2 street lights out on 14th street between Walnut and Dunn. This is a dark area and needs more light anyway, but when the existing lights are out, it is clear why crimes can occur in this general area.
