Street lights in the area of 2nd & Grant, Smith & Dunn and another [I can’t recall] have burned out light bulbs. These areas pose a safety risk to those using these areas at night.

Street light is out at the corner of S Olcott Blvd and South Ct.
Just checking in on the blue street lights on Cottage Grove Ave, west of Woodlawn Ave. Is that the norm now?
All the street lights on the north side in the 200 block of West Kirkwood do not come on at night. This has been going on for some time now. I'm not sure if the city maintains these light or if Duke is responsible. Any help would be appreciated.
The traffic light to turn from westbound hillside onto Walnut is only letting 2-3 cars through each cycle in the morning. Creating a large backup.
The sole street light on Taylor Ct is not working
The pole mounted streetlight at the corner of 6th and Oak Streets is not working.
This street corner is a bus stop for many children. It is in a high traffic area of the neighborhood, and it is also very dark. A street light would illuminate the area so that the kids are more visible to traffic entering and exiting the neighborhood in the dark hours of the morning.
In the area of N. Madison between about 14th St. and 16th St it is completely dark at night. It's dangerous as a pedestrian -- especially as some of the sidewalk segments are cracked and uneven. There is a light in this area but it does not appear to be operational.
