Street light not working

Hi. Somebody knocked over street light today from about 10am to 2pm. I saw it when i came home from lunch. It is blocking the sidewalk; however, I do not want to move as it could be an electrical hazard. Please fix. Thanks.

Street light on the corner of E. 15th and N. Washington goes out when it rains - but will eventually come back on (so far).

I am the president of the Rosewood at Hyde Park HOA. There are two (2) street lights not functioning. (1) Corner of Wyndam Ct & Atlee St (2) Light in the Atlee St. cul de sac (in front of 2644 Atlee St)

The street light on the corner of Highland Avenue and Hunter Street has a burned out bulb I think. It's been out for a few months now, and getting it replaced would be nice.

The streetlight in front of the Waldron on Walnut St is flickering constantly. It’s making a strobe light effect
