Street light in Hyde Park on East Winston at Trotters Run. Light is most off but sometimes flickers on and off and sometimes it is fully on (rare) I understand that this is a Duke maintained light. I am also reporting at the Duke website

A friend sent me the following email: Hey I have a issue and since you walk alot I always think of you. You know where Pete Ellis drive is. Well by the railroad tracks there is a walk cross and they need to add alot more lighten there would you contact who ever u call and tell them. It scares me that a walker is going to get hit. City light on east Saratoga drive is not working. My son and other children taken the school bus close by and now the street, that does not have even a sidewalk, is pitch black.

Not sure if this has been addressed, but around 11am today, the southbound light on Hershey at Empire simply would not turn green (but the left turn arrow seemed to work. This went on for 4 cycles before I turned off onto Empire instead of waiting.
