Street lights are out on East 2nd by Woodcrest Condos again. Hope it doesn't take three months to get them back on like it did last time.

Street lights are out on East 2nd St again. I filed ticket #171001 on Tuesday 11/19/19 but have not received confirmation. It took 3 months to get them back on earlier this year.

The street lights in 2600 block of East 2nd St were on this morning. I saw two Duke trucks servicing both lights today. Tonight neither one is on. Is Duke inept, or is the city trying to save on electricity? This is at least the 3rd time that I have reported those street lights out. On again, off again.
